We founded Patterson Bowe as an Independent Estate Agent by relocating and rebranding the highly successful Lettings Business we launched in 1990. During this time we became one of the most successful Letting Partnerships in Central London letting many of the finest properties in this prime area. Building on 20 years of experience gained running our own business has given us a unique insight in to what clients expect from their Agent. Our team is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry with over 25 years experience in Property Sales and Lettings.
Being independent at Patterson Bowe means we are able to offer a specialised bespoke and innovative service and a high degree of expertise.
Our philosophy
Selling and Letting residential and commercial property in central London is a skilled business and the success of that business is dependent on the strength of its team. Property remains a people business and we have invested and assembled the strongest team possible to achieve this. Unlike most other firms for instance, all our clients will deal personally with one of the directors of the Company.
The Team
- Stuart started selling property in 1982 working for several leading Estate Agents gaining experience in the London Market. In 1990 he formed one of London's most enduring Partnerships with Allister Bowe by opening their own lettings business Hobart Slater Lettings.
- Allister started letting property in 1981 becoming a Director of a leading Chelsea firm before teaming up with Stuart as a Partner in Hobart Slater Lettings in 1990.
- Oliver is Head of our Sales Department, he has a wealth of knowledge and contacts gained from his experience in the Central London Sales, Commercial and Investment markets since 2000.
- Alison is without doubt one of the most experienced negotiators in the market today. If you have been a Landlord or Tenant in Knightsbridge or Chelsea in the last 30 years the chances are you will have dealt with Alison! She joined Stuart and Allister in 1997. Alison speaks French well.
- Sareeta brought 7 years of Chelsea and Knightsbridge lettings experience to the Partnership in 2006 and has an outstanding knowledge of the market. Sareeta speaks fluent French and good Italian and even some Bahasa Indonesian.
- Amy is our Property Manager and is a member of ARLA. She brings a wealth of experience to the role having recently joined us after 8 years heading up large Property Management companies. To discuss your Management Requirements please contact Amy for further advice.
- Candia has been working in the London property market since 1981. She is responsible for all Marketing, Advertising and Property PR for Patterson Bowe. She is also involved in the day to day running of the Sales Department.
- Our Accountant, immensely efficient and responsible for the correct administration and transfer of rents to our clients worldwide.
The property business like many others has benefited hugely from new technology. We aim to bring these technological advances to our business and to that end have adopted the most modern and useful tools available to achieve this.
